To strengthen the Quality Assurance (QA) Operations, Assembly and Packaging team, our Life Sciences client is are currently looking for a QA Operations Specialist.

Main tasks:

• Correct, efficient and timely execution of batch record review of finished packaged products and control of finished product samples according to cGMP requirements including active deadline monitoring.
• Clarification of complaints related to batch documentation and finished product samples in cooperation with production as well as triggering of internal complaints
• Active participation in the achievement of product delivery targets (On Time Batch Approval, Supply delivery dates...)
• QA oversight of assembly and packaging activities.

Requirements for this role:

• Completed training or studies
• Good understanding of quality
• German: fluent (oral / written) - must have, English: very good understanding
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Open communication and commitment
• Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices, experience in production or Quality
