History
After twenty years in the pharmaceutical sector, Noël Ny Tovo has realised the recruitment challenges in this industry and his ability to easily match the right candidate to a specific demand.
In 2020, he decides to found an HR consulting firm XLENTIA, based in Basel, Switzerland with the support of his Business Developper, Karima Reisinger. Graduated in life science and medical informatics, our founder and CEO has an extended professional experience including 10 years in the clinical trial phases II and III, and 8 years in the clinical data management as a data manager and database programmer. His technical skills, relationship management, leadership and customers & international relationships will allow XLENTIA to develop business in the pharmaceutical industry as well as in other sectors such as IT, hospitality...
